Arnica Herbal Salve

Arnica salve, typically made from the Arnica Montana plant, offers several skincare benefits due to its anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving, and antioxidant properties. It can help reduce swelling, bruising, and muscle soreness when applied topically, and promote faster healing of minor injuries. Additionally, Arnica can improve skin elasticity, reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, and help with acne, scars, and other skin irritations. 

It is made by infusing arnica flower in a carrier oil. This oil can be used on its own or to make ointments, creams, or salves.
